Who are we:

Come and join the Refugee Community Kitchen family as our Fundraising Manager. For 10 years, RCK has been cooking and serving delicious, nutritious, culturally relevant hot meals with dignity. More than 2 million meals later, we are still as passionate as ever about supporting displaced people in Northern France and people facing homelessness, rough sleeping, and food poverty in the UK through our street-based services.

We utilise food waste as much as possible and in 2025 we saved 117 Tons of food from landfill. We are dedicated to limiting our environmental impact as much as possible and only use 100% biodegradable materials for all food services.

The charity is still run by the four founders alongside a wonderful, experienced management team that have all been volunteers at one point over the past 10 years.

RCK would not be able to continue the amazing work without the 1000+ volunteers who dedicate their time and skills in our various kitchens year on year.

It is essential that you are knowledgeable and have empathy for those that are either displaced from their homeland or are homeless and living on the streets or in food poverty as these are the people we support daily.

We are a small but mighty team and we need you to come and help us to continue to help others.

The role:

You will work alongside the Founders and Senior Management Team and will lead on growing our current funding pipeline starting with Trusts, Foundations, Companies / Corporations that will help us maintain and grow our services to reach more people in need.
