π¨βπ³ Ben Cottam is your chef for the evening. He brings years of industry experience including stints as Head Chef at Ottolenghi and The Ministry private membersβ club, to his role leading RCKβs volunteer kitchen in London. He also spent a year in Calais preparing thousands of meals a day for refugees. He cannot wait to share his inventive, resourceful vegetarian sharing style menu with you.
Every plate helps fund our grassroots outreach serving displaced and unhoused people in London and Northern France.
